It all
started with
a hobby.
I’ve always liked plants. At first, it was just a casual thing. Growing them, learning their names, and reading about them here and there. Over time, that curiosity turned into actually educating myself about herbs and how people have worked with them for generations.
Around the same time, I was trying to quit nicotine. I missed the act of smoking more than the substance itself, so one day I thought, why not see what it’s like to smoke herbs instead? I started blending plants I already knew, just for myself.
Eventually, my friends noticed. They asked what I was smoking, got curious, and wanted to try it. It wasn’t about getting high or the buzz; it was more about the ritual, slowing down, and having something to reach for at the end of the day.
That’s where Breathe Out came from. What started as a personal habit turned into something bigger once I realized other people were looking for the same thing. A way to keep the ritual without the nicotine, weed, or additives.
Breathe Out is really just an extension of that: plants, intention, and taking a moment to breathe.
